If you want things to change, stop complaining and start doing. A lot of people tend to whine and cry over wanting to change and wanting to improve their lives, but then the weekend comes around, when they have more time on their hands, and they just do…nothing. How can you just stand there and do nothing to improve your situation? A life well lived is a life that we’ve worked hard for. If there is something that you want, to lose weight, to get a better job, to learn how to play the guitar, to get back into school…sitting on your butt and doing nothing in your free time won’t create a shortcut for you to get there. It’s time to get up and actually create a change that will make you much happier in the long run.
