The biggest thing that I learned that failure is not final. It’s only feedback and feedback. It is the breakfast of champions like unless you are failing and taking a risk.

The goal cast video went viral with 90 million views. Even Beyonce’s mother reposted it, and it went viral again and Instagram. When I get that feedback from people who say I get it. That’s why I do this work. It’s about the Epiphany, the Eureka moment for them.
[11:20] Falling apart in Marriage
I was chasing money, but it had no meaning; my situation was poor. My daughter came into my home office one day, and I was emotionally unavailable because I was in between trips to keep up the appearances. My number one job is to be a better husband and become a business entrepreneur.
After going through a divorce after being married for 25 years, I’ve learned that women want their husbands to be emotionally honest with them—putting the truth on the table. If it’s not working, then it’s not working. Therapy is extremely crucial for men who don’t like to go and sit on a sofa and just process.

It’s not about ego. Ego is edging goodness out. They are always around others, and they’re more interested instead of being interesting. Those are the guys I want to roll with because I’ll rub off on them.

It’s the greatest time to be in this business. People are wide open to reinventing and not doing it the way it’s always done. They understand what I would call Boucher day. So it’s seen it for the first time or going the opposite way.

Everything in business comes down to relationships. I unpack How do you manage business relationships, executive relationships, peer relationships. And then the other thing is, we help people lead through relationships.

Be an original voice instead of an annoying echo. Bringing something to the world that is from your heart, not just your head, is important. Caring and serving is the new selling. I have discovered that this is where we are going in the next decade.
