Some of us just can’t stop our brains from jumping from idea to idea. Constant thinking and plotting while you’re awake and conscious of yourself and your thoughts leads to something we like to call a ‘burnout’. And yes, it is as bad as it sounds.
Your brain can’t stop harassing your body with thoughts, but your ‘burnout’ can’t let you move a finger. So, how do we go about this?
Well, let me tell you this, some ideas are not meant to be fulfilled today. Some not even tomorrow, and some not even in 10 years. And we have to figure out which are which. What are your priorities and needs? What do you want the most now? Not when you’re older, not when you do this or that, what do you want now?
And once you answer that, that’s where you’ll start. Thinking about the end is easy because we know it’s coming. But beginnings, that’s what we truly live for.
