[12:40] Why should we listen to you?
I have a good sense of humor. I’m funny and I can always pull something interesting out from people.
[13:50] How did you achieve your current level of happiness?
When I was in my teenage years, I took anti-depressants and anti-anxiety. I was insecure and had to constantly change schools because I don’t feel like I fit into society.
[15:11] I was pushed into a career that was not meant for me. I realized that this is not something that I want, this is not where I was supposed to be.
[16:24] I followed my heart and leaned into living a healthier life that eventually, lead to becoming a certified health coach. I am happy now because I am nourished and energized.
I make sure to spend quality time for myself. You should take notice of what your gut is telling you.
[21:08] People play victim most of the time. Claiming that they do not know where to start and get overwhelmed.
[21:49] They just don’t trust themselves and afraid that they might fail.
I taught myself how to build a business online. I was making seven-figure income through my services and products that I offer, and I wanted to teach other people how to do it.
[29:01] It takes time for someone to nurture their audience and have fans that would whole-heartedly support their business endeavors.
[32:23] What promise did God make, when He created you?
He would help you believe in yourself.
[17:49 – 17:58] “Slow down, rest and do nothing, wait for the moment where thoughts will come in.”
[28:47 – 28:50] “You can’t expect people to buy just by offering it.”
