We already touched on the topic of family life this week, but I wanted to share a dilemma that regularly comes up when talking about social and family. A short disclaimer first: Some folks have a strict “no family on social” policy, and obviously, this post isn’t aimed at them. So, without further ado: should your family be part of your online presence? As always, the answer is: it depends. What are you aiming for? What are your goals? There’s a ton of variables, but the angle I’m going for here is deceptively simple – is your family an inseparable part of your life? If you never had even one angry, sad, or hilarious tweet about your family it could be a good idea to see if you’re really engaging with them and *truly* living life with them. Think about the answer long and hard, because, trust me, it’s important.
