When we experience allergies our bodies tend to overreact to whatever was thrown our way. And that’s exactly what happens to us mentally, whatever harsh comment or situation gets thrown our way, our bodies tend to overreact and our minds tend to overthink. Then we can’t calm down, we just keep thinking about what’s bugging us and we replay the situation over and over inside of her head. And to make things worse, most of us don’t even talk about it, we just keep it inside. Well, the best medicine for a mental allergic reaction would be a conversation. With a loved one, or with a professional, it doesn’t matter. But what does is not keeping it in.
